Description

The ideal product to offer to all your customers who already have an aluminum banjo. By purchasing 15 pieces your discount is equivalent to 1 free TEKROLL®.

TEKROLL® was created to improve an existing tool which is the drywall joint tape applicator also called Banjo®. The advantages that TEKROLL® brings to the aluminum banjo is that the operator no longer needs to pull the strip of paper by hand, but thanks to the rollers it will roll itself along the wall or ceiling. And to be complete TEKROLL® has a second roller, which in the unfolded position allows the strip to be flattened in the angles (picked).

TEKROLL provides 2 new solutions:

1) It is the only tool designed to be assembled on all types of aluminum banjo® on the world market. The TEKROLL® fixing plate is made up of a multitude of oblong or round holes allowing TEKROLL to adapt to all the major brands of tape applicators on the market. The fixing of TEKROLL is ensured either by reusing the original screws of the banjo, or with the screws supplied with TEKROLL.

2) It is the only one to have a roller, for the application of the strips in the angles, mounted on spring and thus allowing the work with one hand. The system for holding the wheel in the folded position ensured by the 2 springs ensures that the wheel presses against the body of the applicator (Banjo®) guaranteeing optimal use of the tool for flat strips, the wheel not coming not hinder the operator by folding down unexpectedly. In the unfolded position, the spring support ensures good pressure for folding the strip in the corner. In addition, being mounted on a spring, the operator can keep an adequate working position, whether working at ceiling height or at floor level, the corner castor pivots freely on its axis while maintaining permanent and sufficient pressure to the folding of the band in the picked. The springs therefore make it possible to maintain great working comfort, and above all to keep the second hand free, unlike other systems which require the use of both hands (bazooka, super banjo, etc.).
